Week 4:  10/24/11 Dining Out & Losing Weight - Yes, this IS possible!  Impress your friends and yourself when you step on the scale and find you've lost weight while eating out.

Week 5:  10/31/11 Long-term Success - Losing weight is actually the easy part.  Keeping it OFF is the challenge!  Learn five success strategies that will empower you to stay fit and fabulous for life.
